Calcium:
Is needed for the growth and maintenance of strong bones and teeth. It us found in milk, yogurt and cheese.

Fat / Carbohydrate (sugar):
Fats provide the main source of energy to the body. It is found in foods and drinks that are high in fat and sugar.

Protein and Iron:
Protein and iron are need for the growth and repair of the body and for healthy blood. It is found in lean meat, fish, eggs, poultry and nuts.

Carbohydrate / Fibre:
It is needed to keep the gut healthy and is found in bread, rice, pasta and noodles.

Vitamin A and C:
Vitamin A and C are needed for the maintenance of healthy skin and is found in fruit and vegetables.
